ingredients:
120 ml of sweetened condensed milk
100 gram of butter
175 gram of flour
75 gram of grated cheese

step:
1. Preheat your oven (160 celcious degree)
2. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and the butter for 1-2 minutes
3. Add the flour and the grated cheese, mix again untill the dough isn't sticky
4. Shape the dough as you like
5. Baked for about 15 minutes or untill the cookies cooked well.

Ingredients:
1 plate of plain kway teow
3 cloves of garlic, cut it
2 green mustards, cut into smaller piece (sawi hijau)
10 shrimps
2 medium squid, throw the head, cut the squid like a ring
2 tablespoon of salt soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
1 glass of water
1,5 tablespoon of cornstarch, mix it with 4 tablespoon of water in a bowl
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoon of margarine

Steps:
1.   Melt the margarine.
2.   Add the garlic, sir it for a few seconds.
3.   Add the shrimp and the squid, wait it until it cooked well.
4.   Add the green mustards, stir for 30 seconds or until the green mustard cooked well.
5.   Add the plain kway teow, stir it for 20 seconds.
6.   Pour the water, wait until the water is cooked well.
7.   Add the sesame oil, salt soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Stir for 30-35 seconds.
8.   Pour the cornstarch that has been mixed with water. Stir it until the water thick
9.   Add the salt, stir again for a few seconds.
10. Serve in a big bowl.

Ingredients:
100 gram of Salmon fish
2 tablespoon of bolognese sauce or tomato pasta
1 tea spoon of garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of margarine

Steps:
1. melted 1 tablespoon of margarine. fry the salmon for a while.
2. put the salmon into a plate for a while.
3. in the pan, melted another 1 tablespoon of margarine. Put the salmon from the plate.
4. Pour the sauce and the garlic powder. Stir it until the sauce and the garlic mixed well.
5. Pour the salt. Stir again.
6. Sow the oregano, wait for 30-40 seconds.
7. Serve the fish on a plate.

ingredients:
200 gram of fermented cassava
4 eggs
50 gram of corn starch
100 gram of flour
150 gram of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of emulsifier
100 ml of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
100 gram of butter, melted

steps:
1. Mix sugar, eggs, emulsifier, and baking powder until the dough become white.
2. Add fermented cassava, mix again.
3. Add flour and corn starch, mix again.
4. Add sweetened condensed milk and melted butter, mix again.
5. Pour the dough into the chiffon pan.
6. Steam it for about 30-35 minutes.

ingredients:
750 gram of chicken thigh
1 carrot, peeled and cut like a circle
10 beans
2 potatoes, peeled and cut like a dice
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
150-160 ml of water
2 teaspoons of cornstarch (mixed with 2 teaspoons of water)
1 teaspoon of sesame oil

steps:
1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan. After that, put the minced garlic and the chicken thigh. Wait for 2-3 minutes.
2. Put the potatoes and the carrots. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour the hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Stir it.
4. Pour the water and close the pan with light fire untill the chicken are cooked well.
5. Add the beans, stir it for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour the cornstarch. Wait for 1-1.5 minutes.
7. Pour the food in a plate.

ingredients:
3 eggs
150 gram of flour
100 gram of sugar
1 teaspoon of honey
40-60 ml of fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
30 ml of melted butter

steps:
1. Add eggs and the sugar into the bowl, stir it together
2. Add the honey into the bowl, stir for 1 minute
3. Add the flour, baking powder, milk, and melted butter into the bowl, stir it of 5-6 minutes
4. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
5. Afer 15 minutes, heat a non-stick frying pan, basting with cooking oil. Pour the dough using 1 ladle (1 ladle for 1 time cooking) with low heat.
6. Furthermore, wait until small bubbles appear on the surface. After that, turn the dorayaki and cook again for a while (1-1.5 minutes)
7. Put the dorayaki on a plate

30 gram of cocoa powder
100 gram of cashew nut, roughly chopped
100 gram of raisin

steps:
1. Mix the butter with peanut butter and brown sugar until it soft
2. Add the eggs one by one while you stir the dough using mixer until the dough become fluffy
3. Pour the flour and the cocoa powder into the bowl. Stir it until it mixed well
4. Pour the honey and the cashew nut and stir it again
5. Pour the dough into the square pan (size 20 cm) that has been buttered
6. Bake until cooked
